RehabScope LLC ("RehabScope™," "we," "us," or "our") operates rehabscope.org and the RehabScope™ client portal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you create a portal account
- Property information: Property address, type, square footage, market/city, year built, and condition details you submit for analysis
- Contractor documents: Bid documents, scope of work files, photos, and estimates you upload
- Payment information: Billing details processed through Stripe — we do not store your full card number on our servers
- Communications: Emails and messages you send to info@rehabscope.org
Information Collected Automatically
- IP address and general location
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and actions taken on our site
- Referral source (how you found us)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate your RehabScope™ analysis report
- Deliver your report through the client portal
- Process payments and send receipts
- Communicate with you about your submissions and account
- Improve our AI models and report quality using anonymized, aggregated data
- Comply with legal obligations
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising targeting.
4. Contractor Intelligence Feature
RehabScope™ maintains an internal contractor history database to power the Contractor Scorecard feature included in Insight and higher-tier reports. This database stores anonymized patterns from prior submissions — including contractor names, bid amounts, and scope gaps — to identify patterns over time.
Contractor names submitted by clients may be stored and used to generate contractor risk profiles. Individual client identifying information is not shared through contractor scorecards.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate RehabScope™:
- Supabase — Database and user authentication. Your account data and submissions are stored on Supabase servers.
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI report generation. Submission content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate analysis. Anthropic's data policies apply to data processed through their API.
- Formspree — File delivery and email notifications. Uploaded documents are transmitted through Formspree to our team inbox.
- Vercel — Website hosting and deployment.
Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review them.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and submission data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@rehabscope.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.
Uploaded contractor documents transmitted via Formspree are retained in our operational email inbox. We do not independently store uploaded files in a separate database.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
8. Children's Privacy
RehabScope™ is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at info@rehabscope.org.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
