1. Who We Are
RehabScope™ is a service of RehabScope LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Our principal place of business is in Wilson, North Carolina. You may contact us at info@rehabscope.org.
2. What We Provide
RehabScope™ provides AI-assisted analysis of contractor bids and scope-of-work documents for residential and commercial real estate rehabilitation projects. Our services include:
- Instant — AI-generated line-item scope review and budget benchmark
- Insight — Instant analysis plus contractor scorecard and risk rating
- Verified — Insight analysis with analyst verification of every line item against your uploaded document, contractor license check, and analyst-written deal commentary. Delivered within 48 hours.
- Elite — Everything in Verified, same-day delivery (within 8 business hours), lender-specific risk flags, and report formatted for hard money lender submission.
- Office Plan — Monthly subscription for lender or investor offices
Reports are delivered through your RehabScope™ client portal. Instant and Insight reports are generated and delivered automatically. Verified and Elite reports include a human review phase and are delivered within the timeframe communicated at purchase.
3. Not Financial, Legal, or Construction Advice
RehabScope™ reports are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in any report, on this website, or communicated by our team constitutes financial advice, legal advice, lending advice, investment advice, or a professional construction estimate.
All cost estimates, budget ranges, risk scores, and recommendations are approximations generated by artificial intelligence using general market data and the information you provide. Actual costs vary significantly based on contractor, property condition, local labor markets, material availability, and timing.
You should not make any financial, lending, or investment decision based solely on a RehabScope™ report. Always consult qualified professionals including licensed contractors, attorneys, financial advisors, and licensed lenders before proceeding with any real estate transaction or rehab project.
4. AI-Generated Content
RehabScope™ uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate scope analysis, cost comparisons, contractor assessments, risk scores, and narrative reports. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
- Reports are generated based solely on the information you provide — incomplete or inaccurate submissions produce incomplete or inaccurate reports
- The AI has no access to the physical property, the contractor, or any documentation not submitted by you
- Human review (Verified and Elite tiers) reduces but does not eliminate the possibility of errors
- RehabScope™ does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of any report
5. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a report or subscription, you authorize RehabScope LLC to charge the payment method you provide. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with notice.
Per-Report Purchases
Instant, Insight, Verified, and Elite reports are one-time purchases. Payment is due at the time of order.
Office Plan Subscription
The Office Plan is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@rehabscope.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for subscription cancellations.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds.
Because Instant and Insight reports are generated and delivered immediately upon submission, they are considered fully delivered digital services at the moment of generation. Verified and Elite reports enter human review immediately upon submission.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents report delivery, please contact us at info@rehabscope.org and we will work to resolve the issue or reprocess your submission at no additional charge.
7. Your Responsibilities
By submitting a project for analysis, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to submit the contractor documents and property information you provide
- The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You will not use RehabScope™ reports to misrepresent property conditions or contractor bids to any lender, investor, or third party
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are using the service for lawful purposes only
8. Intellectual Property
Reports generated by RehabScope™ are licensed to you for your personal or business use in connection with the specific property and transaction for which they were ordered. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute reports to third parties as a product or service without our written consent.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content on the RehabScope™ website and platform are the property of RehabScope LLC.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RehabScope LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Losses resulting from reliance on report estimates or recommendations
- Budget overruns, project failures, or loan defaults
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of RehabScope™ services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or subscription giving rise to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
RehabScope™ services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wilson County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of RehabScope™ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
