1. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
RehabScope™ delivers digital services — AI-generated analysis reports — that are produced and delivered immediately upon submission. Because our reports are generated in real time using computational resources, third-party AI infrastructure, and proprietary analysis models, the cost of producing each report is incurred at the moment of generation regardless of how or whether the client uses the output.
For this reason, all purchases of RehabScope™ reports and subscriptions are considered final at the time of payment.
2. What This Covers
This no-refund policy applies to all RehabScope™ products and services, including:
- Instant reports — generated automatically within minutes of submission
- Insight reports — generated automatically with contractor scorecard
- Verified reports — human analyst review begins immediately upon submission
- Elite reports — priority human analyst review begins immediately upon submission
- Office Plan subscriptions — monthly billing; cancellation ends access at end of billing cycle with no partial-month refund
3. Technical Failures
If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents your report from being generated or delivered — such as a confirmed system error on our end — we will reprocess your submission at no additional charge or, at our discretion, issue a credit toward a future report.
Technical failure claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@rehabscope.org with your order details and a description of the issue.
The following do not constitute technical failures:
- Dissatisfaction with the report's conclusions or recommendations
- Disagreement with cost estimates or risk assessments
- Reports generated based on incomplete or inaccurate information you submitted
- Changing your mind about a purchase after submission
- Purchasing the wrong tier by mistake
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a completed RehabScope™ report is a violation of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with documentation of service delivery and to restrict access to your account pending resolution.
5. Office Plan Cancellation
You may cancel your Office Plan subscription at any time by emailing info@rehabscope.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
